Here’s my list of the top 10 upcoming movies that you cannot miss

Top Gun: Maverick (Release Date- 27 May, 2022)

This Tom Cruise starrer has been in the making for over 36 years as a sequel to Top Gun which was released in 1986. Apart from Tom Cruise being the whole essence of the movie, the film looks quite promising and is most awaited.

Lightyear (Release Date- 14 June 2022)

Sci-fi movies always have something mesmerizing about it. Lightyear is about Buzz Lightyear who needs to break out from a hostile planet that he is trapped in, 4.2 million light-years away from Earth.

Thor-Love and Thunder (Release Date- 8 July 2022)

Inspired by Jason Aaron’s The Mighty Thor, this film is a sequel to Thor: Ragnarok and the 4th part of the Thor film series. To Marvel fans, this film is unskippable. The title makes it seem like Chris Hemsworth might have a love interest in the film, which makes it most awaited too.

Jurassic World: Dominion (Release Date- 10 June 2022)

At the end of the last sequel of the Jurassic series, we saw the creatures step out into the outside world. Therefore, this film could be one where the world is being spun at the fingertips of these creatures, which makes it worth the while.

Avatar: The Way of water (Release Date- 16 December 2022)

Avatar was a greatly loved film. Therefore, that makes it enough of a reason to look upon the second part. The film portrays a continuation of the journey of Jake Sully and Neytiri against humans. 

Pathan (Estimated release- 25 January 2023)

The fact that the film stars Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, John Abraham, and Deepika Padukone, alone makes the film quite looked up. The initial first look of the movie received a huge buzz on social media hence it could be a big hit.

Brahmastra (Release Date- 9 September 2022)

The film was in talks due to the star cast, powerful first look, and the heavy budget. Brahmastra: Shiva is part of a trilogy which makes it an interesting one to look out for.

Rocketry: The Nambi Effect (Release Date- 1 July 2022)

This film is based on the life of Nambi Narayanan, a former ISRO scientist who was falsely accused. Written and directed by R.Madhavan, the cast and storyline of the film make it look quite promising.

Vikram Vedha (Release Date- 30 September 2022)

The film is a remake of the huge Tamil hit, Vikram Vedha starring Vijay Sethupathi and R.Madhavan, by the same director. The cast and appearance of the film have caused a great buzz around it. 

Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali  (Release Date- 30 December 2022)

For Salman Khan fans, this film is the most awaited. The film has been in talks for a long time and looks quite promising.
